Declaration statement
Sample statement
Don’t worry about getting it perfect. You can begin by “feeling into” what matters and finding your words along the way. The body often signals to us when we start landing on words with the right meaning and sense of purpose.

Declarations can be in different domains: Spiritual or personal growth, professional life, relationships, family, or social justice.
Declaration statements begin with “I am a commitment to…” rather than “I have a commitment..” Saying “I am a committed” allows us to embody the commitment, rather than hold it outside ourselves as a distant object. It becomes a living part of us.
Examples:
I am a commitment to finding ease in my work and communicating my needs clearly.
